On 1/28/15, the Milford Police were requested to assist the Delaware State Police by stopping two vehicles which were reported to have been involved in an incident in Milton. Milford Police found that stemming from that incident, the 28yo male victim followed a vehicle occupied by Shadaira Harris, 21yo and Sheena Floyd, 25yo, both from Ellendale to the area of S. Washington & SE 3rd St, Milford. Once there, Harris and Floyd stopped the vehicle on SE Third St with the victim stopping behind them. Harris and Floyd then contacted Jamaal Harpe, 23yo, Timothy Jarvis, 19yo, Kareem Trammell, 20yo, Aubrey Jarvis, 23yo by cellular phone, whom were all at a residence located in the 200 block of S. Washington St. Harpe, Trammell and both Jarvises approached the victim’s vehicle from behind and opened the doors and entered the vehicle. Once inside, they began to assault the victim and remove the victim’s personal property. The group then attempted to take the victim’s vehicle by forcing the victim from the vehicle. The victim then attempted to drive off, with the suspects inside. The victim’s vehicle collided with a parked car and damaged private property that neighbored a second victim’s residence. As the vehicle came to a stop, a good samaritan intervened and the suspects fled. Milford Police K-9 Division tracked from the crime scene to the suspects’ residence. After further investigation by Milford Police Criminal Division and Patrol Division, the following suspects were arrested and charged on 2/3/15:
Timothy Jarvis, Aubrey Jarvis, Jamaal Harpe, and Kareem Trammell were all charged with Robbery 2nd, Attempted Car Jacking, 2 counts of Aggregated Menacing, Conspiracy 2nd, Reckless Endangering 2nd, Offensive Touching, and 2 counts of Criminal Mischief Under $1000. Timothy Jarvis, Aubrey Jarvis and Jamaal Harpe were committed to SCI in default of $1050.00 cash bond. Kareem Trammell was committed to SCI in default of $23,500.00 secured bond.
Shadaira Harris was charged with Reckless Endangering 2nd, Offensive Touching, Conspiracy 2nd and 2 counts of Criminal Mischief Under $1000 and was released $3500.00 unsecured bond.

Sheena Floyd still has active warrants for her arrest.
