On 3/7/15, the Milford Police arrested and charged a 56yo Virginia woman (formerly of Milford, Delaware) stemming from an incident that occurred at a residence located in the 500 block of West St. on 1/22/15. Dalphine E. Watson was charged with Harassment and Terroristic Threatening. Investigation revealed that Watson contacted the 45yo female victim multiple times against the victim’s wishes and threatened to shoot & kill the victim. Watson was arraigned and released on $200.00 unsecured bond.
