On 7/15/15 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 28yo Dover woman stemming from a domestic assault that occurred at a residence located at Brightway Commons Apartment Complex on the morning of 7/15/15. Ciera S. Mosley was charged with Assault 2nd Degree, Attempted Burglary 2nd Degree (2 counts), Conspiracy 2nd Degree (2 counts), Terroristic Threatening, Malicious Interference with Emergency Communications, Offensive Touching and Criminal Mischief (4 counts). Investigation revealed that Mosley, along with two 17yo female juveniles and another unknown female responded to the 30yo female victim’s residence and began kicking on the door attempting to gain entry while yelling that they were going to kill the female victim. Mosley and the other females then went to the parking lot of the complex and located the 29yo male victim’s vehicle that he had been borrowing from someone else. Mosley had previously been in a relationship with the 29yo male victim. As Mosley and the other females broke out the vehicle’s windows with a car jack, the 29yo male victim exited the residence and went to the parking lot to try to stop them. The 29yo male victim was then pepper sprayed by one of the females and then thrown to the ground. Mosley and the other females left the complex only to return a short time later. Mosley and the other females were armed with baseball bats and once again attempted to gain entry into the residence by striking the door with the baseball bats. They also broke out the windows to the residence with the baseball bats in an attempt to gain entry. A 59yo female victim exited her own residence after hearing the noise and advised Mosley and the other females that she was contacted the police. One of the female suspects pulled the phone from the 59yo female victim’s hand, then threw the phone to the ground and began striking the phone with a baseball bat. Mosley was arraigned and committed to WCI in default of  $21,500.00 cash bond. On 7/21/15 the two 17yo female juveniles, of Dover, apprehended by Dover Juvenile Probation & Parole and turned over to the custody of the Milford Police. The two 17yo female juveniles were both charged with Assault 2nd Degree, Attempted Burglary 2nd Degree (2 counts), Conspiracy 2nd Degree (2 counts), Terroristic Threatening, Malicious Interference with Emergency Communications, Offensive Touching and Criminal Mischief (4 counts), arraigned and committed to the Stevenson Detention Center in default of $14,500.00 secured bond.
