Milford woman charged after threatening a mother & daughter

On 11/10/15 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 24yo Milford woman stemming from an incident that occurred on 11/5/15 at the Market Place Convenience Store located in the 600 block of NW Front St. Jakea N. Chandler was charged with Terroristic Threatening (2 counts), Harassment and Breach of Conditions of Bond. On the morning of 11/5/15, the 29yo female victim and her 5 yo daughter had exited their vehicle and were walking into the convenience store. They were then approached by Chandler. Chandler began cursing at both the 29yo female victim and her 5yo daughter. Chandler told the 29yo female victim that she would kill her and then hurt her daughter too. Chandler then fled the area. Chandler had previously been court ordered not to have any contact with the 29yo female victim stemming from an incident that occurred on 6/18/2015 in which Chandler attacked the female victim. Chandler was arraigned and committed to WCI in default of $7,500.00 secured bond.
