**Updated** Milford Man Wanted Following Aggravated Menacing Investigation

****Updated*** On 12.16.2015 Mr. Rivera-Pantoja was apprehended by Delaware Probation and Parole and has been turned over to Milford Police.  He has been charged with Aggravated Menacing and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.  He was arraigned at JP Court #2, where bail was set at $8000.00 unsecured.  He was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on a $5000.00 cash only bail after an Administrative Warrant was issued by Delaware Probation and Parole.

On 12.15.2015 Milford Police received a report of an incident in which an individual displayed a knife and threatened a juvenile at a residence in the 300 block of South Washington Street (Sussex County).  Investigation revealed Jaime A. Rivera-Pantoja confronted a juvenile following an argument.  The victim has told police that on the evening of 12.10.2015 at approximately 6:30 pm they confronted Mr. Rivera-Pantoja about reportedly assaulting another person.  At that time Mr. Rivera-Pantoja displayed a knife and threatened the victim about discussing that possible assault.  In addition to the first victim, a second juvenile was in close proximity of this incident and also witnessed what reportedly had taken place.  Warrants were obtained for Mr. Rivera-Pantoja through JP Court #2 and are on file at the Milford Police Department.  Police are asking for anyone with knowledge of the whereabouts of Mr. Rivera-Pantoja to call 302.422.8081 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333.  Tips can also be submitted via Milford Police Department’s MyPD App, Twitter, or Facebook page.
