On 6/6/16 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 29yo Milford man in connection with a domestic incident that occurred at a residence located in the single digit block of Elizabeth St. Ramon Silva was charged with Offensive Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Investigation revealed that Silva was involved in a verbal dispute with the 27yo female victim. During the dispute, Silva slapped the female victim in the face and then punched her in the face. This incident occurred in front of a 5yo child. Silva was arraigned and released on $1,000.00 unsecured bond.
