Milford woman charged after breaking into victim’s home attempting to incite a fight

On 7/10/16 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 21yo Milford woman following an incident that occurred at the Brightway Commons Apartment Complex. Jhlea L. Kiser was charged with Burglary 2nd Degree, Reckless Endangering 2nd Degree, Terroristic Threatening, Endangering the Welfare of a Child (2 counts) and Disorderly Conduct. Investigation revealed that Kiser was operating a vehicle on one of the travel through streets within the apartment complex. Kiser saw the 21yo female victim and sped up the vehicle and as she got close to the 21yo female victim, Kiser swerved in the victim’s direction almost striking her with the vehicle. The female victim then entered her residence where Kiser later showed up. As Kiser stood outside, she attempted to get the female victim to exit the residence and fight as Kiser verbally threatened to do bodily harm to the female victim. Kiser then entered the female victim’s residence and ran toward the female victim while the female victim was inside the residence with a 4yo and a 5yo child. The female victim then attempted to contact the Milford Police and Kiser fled on foot. As the Milford Police arrived, Kiser was located and apprehended on a nearby street. Kiser was arraigned and released on $3,200.00 unsecured bond.
