**Updated** Milford Police Seek Public Help In Identifying Suspect In Recent Thefts

Detectives from the Milford Police Department’s Criminal Division through their investigation identified Bradley M. Lovett, 26 of Milford as a suspect in this case.  Warrants were obtained for Mr. Lovett and he turned himself into Milford Police on 11.23.2016.  Mr. Lovett has been charged with two counts of Theft and two counts of Tampering With Physical Evidence.  Mr. Lovett was presented at the Justice of the Peace Court #2 and released on a $2000.00 unsecured bond.  Mr. Lovett is scheduled to appear at the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas for a Preliminary Hearing on 12.01.2016.

The Milford Police Department is seeking help from the public with identifying the individual in the video and photos attached.  On two occasions in late October, “No Parking” signs placed in the 100 block of Marshall Street were removed.  Area surveillance footage was able to capture the individual investigators would like to identify.  Milford Police urge anyone with information about this matter to call 302.422.8081 or Crime Stoppers at 1.800.TIP.3333.  Tips can also be submitted through Facebook or https://milfordpolicede.org/tips/
