On 07.27.2017 officers from the Milford Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to Royal Farms on South DuPont Boulevard (US Rt 113) to follow up on a tip about the location of a wanted man. Upon arrival officers located Josh J. Abraham, 32 of Milford, who was known by officers to be wanted by the Justice of the Peace Court #6 and the Kent County Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Abraham was taken into custody without incident. A subsequent search of Mr. Abraham located heroin in his possession. Mr. Abraham has been charged with Possession Consume a Controlled Substance. Mr. Abraham was presented at the Justice of the Peace Court #2, where bail was set at $100.00 secured. Bail for the Kent County Court of Common Pleas was set at $80.00 cash and Mr. Abraham was issued an unsecured bail for the Justice of the Peace Court #6 capias, with a scheduled capias return hearing on 07.31.2017. Mr. Abraham is scheduled for a bail review on 07.31.2017 for the Possession Consume a Controlled Substance charge in the Kent County Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Abraham has been committed to the custody of the Delaware Department of Correction at the Sussex Correctional Institution.
