Investigation Leads To Drug Charges For Milford Man

On 08.11.2017 shortly after midnight an officer from the Milford Police Department’s Patrol Division contacted a individual in the area of North Washington Street and Northeast 2nd Street.  Upon contact with the individual it was learned he was wanted by the Kent County Superior Court.  A search of the individual as he was taken into custody located drug paraphernalia and .2 grams of crack cocaine.  Mark A. McDonald, 45 of Milford, was taken into custody and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Mr. McDonald was presented at the Justice of the Peace Court #7, where bail was set at $200.00 unsecured.  Mr. McDonald is scheduled for an arraignment in September at the Kent County Court of Common Pleas.
