Milford Police Seek Public Assistance With Robbery Investigation

On 11.15.2017, shortly after midnight, officers from the Milford Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to Royal Farms in the 100 block of Silicato Parkway to a shoplifting.  Investigation revealed a male reportedly requested to purchase tobacco products, at which time a store employee retrieved the items.  The male suspect then reportedly forcefully took the items from the store employee and fled prior to officers arrival.  Further investigation led to a warrant being obtained for Douglas F. Coppock, 26 of Frederica, for Robbery 2nd Degree, Theft, and Noncompliance With Conditions of Bond.  Milford Police are asking for anyone with information about the whereabouts of Mr. Coppock to call 302.422.8081 or Crime Stoppers at 1.800.TIP.3333.  Tips can also be submitted online at MilfordPoliceDE.org/TIPS
