Milford Police Department Welcomes Two New Officers

On 02/16/2018, Patrolman Kyle Breckner and Rhett Malone graduated from the Delaware State Police Academy after a rigorous 22 week law enforcement training program. They reported for their first day at Milford PD on 02/20/2018, where they were sworn in as Patrolmen at the Justice of the Peace Court 6 by Judge Arndt.  On 02/26/2018, Chief Kenneth Brown introduced Patrolman Breckner and Patrolman Malone to the Milford City Council during their regularly scheduled meeting.

Patrolman Breckner is an active member of the Air Force Reserves and Patrolman Malone has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Salisbury University.

Patrolman Breckner and Patrolman Malone are now completing their 12 week field training with a Certified Field Training Officer with the Milford Police Department.
