Tip Leads To Wanted Woman Being Located And Crack Cocaine Seized

Location of Incident: Riverwalk Shopping Center, Northeast Front St (SR 14)

On 03.23.2018 Milford Police arrested a wanted Lincoln woman after a tip was received about her whereabouts.  At approximately 9:09 pm, officers from the Patrol Division responded to the Riverwalk Shopping Center on Northeast Front Street after it was learned Clarissa J. McMillan, 32 of Lincoln, was there and actively being sought by five Delaware courts.  Ms. McMillan was located in the parking lot and taken into custody without incident.  A subsequent search found Ms. McMillan was in possession of suspected crack cocaine.  Ms. McMillan was wanted by the Sussex County Family Court, Kent County Court of Common Pleas, Sussex County Court of Common Pleas, Justice of the Peace Court #7, and Justice of the Peace Court #4.  Ms. McMillan was issued a criminal summons for Possession of a Controlled Substance and is scheduled to appear at the Justice of the Peace Court #6 in April for an arraignment.  She was presented at the Justice of the Peace Court #2 and committed to the custody of the Delaware Department of Correction as a result of the active court capiases.
