Fight Leads To Arrest Of Pair

Location of Incident: Bicentennial Park 200 Block of Northeast Front Street (SR 14)

On 06.22.2018 at approximately 12:04 pm, officers from the Milford Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to a fight in Bicentennial Park in the 200 block of Northeast Front Street (SR 14).  Investigation revealed the two men engaged in a physical altercation and both were actively wanted by various agencies.  Eddie D. Roundtree, 50 of Lincoln, and Antoine M. Sturgis, 34 of Georgetown, were both taken into custody.  Mr. Roundtree has been charged with Disorderly Conduct.  Mr. Roundtree was also found to be wanted by the Kent County Court of Common Pleas.  Mr. Sturgis was also charged with Disorderly Conduct.  Mr. Sturgis was found to be wanted by the Georgetown Police Department.  Both were issued criminal summons for the physical altercation.  Mr. Roundtree was was presented for the capias at the Kent County Court of Common Pleas, where bail was set at $100.00 unsecured.  Mr. Sturgis was turned over to the Georgetown Police Department.
