Incident Leads To Multiple Charges For Laurel Man

On 12.14.2018 Milford Police arrested a Laurel man as part of an investigation into threatening behavior.  On 12.14.2018 officers from the Milford Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to Mispillion Apartments to a report of a man kicking the door of an apartment as well as breaking a window.  Upon arrival the man fled, but was later located by officers and taken into custody without incident.  While in custody the man continued to make threats about harming the victim.  Sedrick Boyce, 27 of Laurel, has been charged with Terroristic Threatening, Theft Under $1500.00, and two counts of Criminal Mischief.  Mr. Boyce was presented at the Justice of the Peace Court #3, where bail was set at $1200.00 unsecured, along with a no contact order with the victim.  Mr. Boyce is scheduled to appear at the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas on 01.14.2019 for an arraignment.
