Investigation Into Suspicious Vehicle Leads To Drugs and Firearm Being Seized

On 07.11.2019 Milford Police arrested a Magnolia man after an investigation into possible prostitution led to the seizure of drugs and a firearm.  On 07.11.2019 at approximately 10:34 pm, officers from the Milford Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to the 200 block of Charles Street to a report of a suspicious vehicle.  Upon arrival Jamel Littlepage, 24 of Magnolia, was contacted.  Observations by the initial arriving officer led to further investigation which included use of a police K9, which resulted in the seizure of five cell phones, drug paraphernalia, THC gummy candy, pills, 116 grams of marijuana, 12 grams of psilocybin mushroom, a ski mask, United States Currency, and a .40 caliber handgun.  Mr. Littlepage has been charged with Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, 5 counts of Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Firearm by Person Prohibited, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon.  Mr. Littlepage was presented at the Justice of the Peace Court #3 in Georgetown, where bail was set at $46,250.00 secured.  Mr. Littlepage was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution and is scheduled to appear at the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas on 07.18.2019 for a Preliminary Hearing.
