Description: On 11/09/2013 at approximately 5:12 p.m., Milford Police Department was dispatched to the 200 building of Valley Run Apartments (Now Reserves at Sawmill) for a black male that had blood on him in the hallway. Investigation revealed that the victim, Martin E. Fowler, 23 years old, was found deceased with multiple gunshot wounds to his body. Case Number: 51-13-11394

Description: On 10/26/2012 during the evening hours, Milford Police Department was dispatched to a vacant lot about a quarter mile south of Mispillion Apartment Complex for a body that had been located on the vacant lot. The victim was identified as Carlton May Jr., 28 years old. Investigation revealed that he died from a gunshot wound. Case Number: 51-12-12774

Description: On 01/17/1975 at approximately 11:50 a.m., Milford Police Department received a check the welfare for Hazel Mason, 48 years old, after she did not report to work. At approximately 12:20 p.m., Officers made forced entry into the home and located Ms. Mason lying on the floor deceased. Her body was turned over the Medical Examiner's Office where it was determined that she died from being strangled. Investigators determined that there were no signs or evidence of burglary or sexual assault in this investigation. Case Number: 51-75-0247
