On 11/25/2024, Derrick Legree, 37 of Milford, DE, was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshal’s Task Force in Philadelphia, PA.  Legree will be extradited back to Delaware where he will be formally charged with Attempted Murder and other felony charges in connection with the domestic related stabbing from 11/03/2024.

 

Updated release will follow once he is charged.
