Two Arrested For Shots Fired Incident
On February 25, 2025, the Milford Police Department Criminal Investigations Division received a tip regarding a shots fired incident that occurred in the area of West St and NW 2nd St, Milford DE, on 02/24/2025. Detectives responded to the area and located evidence consistent with a shots fired incident. Through investigation, detectives learned that a vehicle had been damaged due to the incident. Investigation revealed that no one was injured during the incident.
Detectives identified, Emanuel D. McCrea-Mosley, 20 of Milford, DE and Dwayne Wiltbank, 21 of Lincoln, DE as the suspects in this incident. Over the last week, detectives were able to locate and arrest both suspects.
McCrea-Mosley was charged with:
- Two counts of Attempted Assault 1st Degree
- Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony
- Conspiracy 2nd Degree
He had a presentment through the Justice of the Peace Court 2, where he was committed to the Department of Correction in default of $152,000.00 cash bail.
Wiltbank was charged with:
- Two counts of Attempted Assault 1st
- Conspiracy 2nd Degree
He had a presentment through the Justice of the Peace Court 2, where he was committed to the Department of Correction (DOC) in default of $62,000.00 cash bail. Wiltbank also had an active Violation of Probation, where he was committed to DOC on $23,000 cash bail.
